Mum, I have set this up so we can still visit you from time to time. You passed peacefully on Thursday 28th October at 6:20pm.. I was holding your hand. I am heartbroken, I have lost my very best friend and the most perfect mum I could have ever wished for. I will keep this page updated with new photo's and memories of you always. I love you, Mark x
